All dogs are the responsibility of the handler. DOGS with Lyndsay accepts no responsibility for accident, injury, training or behavioural results. All responsibility falls to the handler/owner of the dog. Any claim relating to the DOGS with Lyndsay website shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.

Payment should be made before your session to the bank details provided at the time of booking. Cash can be accepted only via prior arrangement. Once paid, refunds are issued only in extreme circumstances and at the discretion of DOGS with Lyndsay.

Cancellations to puppy behaviour or puppy training sessions should be made as early as possible and no later than 24 hours before your session except in emergency cases. Any relevant medical or behavioural information must be provided before the commencement of any training. DOGS with Lyndsay will provide you with information to help you get realistic results.
